Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

From the website: what you type into a form (name, business, country, phone, email and your message), so we can reply. On the platform: your account details, the business data you enter, and technical logs of sign-ins, actions and errors, kept to run and secure the service.

2. Your customers' data

Names, phone numbers and balances you record about your own customers are your records. We process them only to provide the service to you, never for anything of our own. Keeping that data accurate and lawful is your responsibility as the business.

3. How we use data

To run the product, to support you, to send service messages and to meet legal duties. We do not sell data and we do not advertise on your data.

4. Who ever sees it

Service providers who host and run the platform under contract, including our servers at Hetzner in Germany, Google for website analytics (only with your consent), and WhatsApp (Meta) for messages you choose to send through it. Authorities only where the law requires it. Nobody else.

On the Trade Network, other businesses see only what your settings publish: your business name, the listings you enable, prices per your settings, and stock as ranges, never your books.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help visitors. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner; until then, and if you click Reject, Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

We set no advertising cookies. The platform uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

6. How it is protected

Every business's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one business can never read another's records. Connections are encrypted, team access is limited and logged, and backups run daily.

7. How long we keep it

Website enquiries: as long as we are in contact and up to 24 months after. Platform data: while your account is active, plus 60 days after closure so you can export, then it is permanently deleted except where the law requires us to keep records.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. Write to hello@tyreanywhere.com and we act within 30 days. If you are in the UK, the EU or another country with a data-protection authority, you can also complain to that authority.
